Wake up and marvel at the Himalaya mountainous as you walk through the city of Kathmandu. Explore the local markets and streets, with colorful flags, displayed overhead. Also visit ancient temples, like Durbar Square, a UNESCO world heritage site and learn more about Nepalese history alongside our partner, Seven Women.

Alongside Seven Women Director, Anita Kerr. Join the discussion of community development and how Seven Women is empowering marginalized women and communities in Nepal. At the Seven Women Centre, learn new skills from local artisans as they share their expertise in a craft workshop. Also learn how to cook local meals like the Nepali traditional meal, MoMos, and other delicacies.

Put your feet up as we fly across to Pokhara, a city located beside Phewa Lake beside the Himalaya mountains. Say 'Yes' to adventure as we whitewater raft down the Seti river as a team! Learn more about meditation, reiki healing, and Tibetan culture. Spend the day hiking to the World Peace Pagoda, built by Buddhist monks in World War II overlooking the Annapurna mountain range.

Travel back to Kathmandu, for one last day you will never forget. Get inspired by Boudhanath, a famous landmark in Nepal. Soak up the spiritual energy and take a stroll to experience this incredible site with incredible food, local shops, and surrounding rooftop views.


ITINERARY

Day Two: Wake up and explore the city of Kathmandu. Learn from our Seven Women guide, as we walk the streets and alleyways of Kathmandu. Experience UNESCO World Heritage Sites like Durbar Square, featuring several styles of Hindu Temples. Learn about Nepali traditions and culture as we eat a traditional meal. Then venture out to Pashupatinath Temple.
Day One: Arrive in Kathmandu, our first destination for this trip. Check into our accommodation and meet fellow travelers. Enjoy a leisure day as every traveler arrives then in the evening get together for our opening dinner.


Day Three: Learn about Community Development from the Director of Seven, as well as experience first-hand the operations of Seven Women. Learn from local artisans, craft skills as they share their expertise with travelers. Also learn how to cook local meals like the Nepali traditional meal, MoMos, and other delicacies.

Day Four: Travel to Pokhara, and marvel at the Himalaya mountains from a new view! Enjoy a day at your leisure to explore the city, walk alongside Phewa lake, and sign up for yoga. In the late afternoon, learn about the traditional Singing bowls ritual that resonates deep within to relax your body and mind.


Day Five: It's a day of adventure! Spend the morning on the Seti River. Say 'Yes' to adventure as we whitewater raft through the rapids, fully equipped with all necessary gear and equipment. Learn the motions from our Three Sisters guide and how this river is important to the Nepali people. In the afternoon (if your adrenaline is still high) join us for an optional additional activity such as paragliding over the city and mountains of Pokhara.
Day Six: Learn about Tibetan culture and history! Discover the arts of the Tibetan Plateau, and learn directly from local artisans in the region. Also, experience the schools within the Tibetan settlements. Following the afternoon of immersive learning, we will engage in evening yoga.

Day Seven: Wake up and with Three Sisters, hike to World Peace Pagoda. one of the world's greatest stupas, constructed by Japanese Buddhists. Learn about this UNESCO world heritage site and take a deep breath in from the Himalayan mountains.
Day Eight: Adventure back to Kathmandu, and visit the UNESCO heritage, Boudhanath. Spend the evening there and get inspired by the colors and architecture. Soak up the spiritual energy and take a stroll to experience this incredible site with incredible food, local shops, and surrounding rooftop views.

International Flights are NOT included in the price, as travelers will be departing from different cities in the world, and flight prices vary depending on location.

This trip has a 30-day cancellation policy. Give us at least 30 days' notice and you can switch your trip for free, or we'll hold your voucher credits for future use.
All payment installments must be made between June 15th– February 15th. The final balance must be paid by February 15th. Paying in full is also encouraged.

Spots will be allocated on a rolling basis until the trip is full.
